UAV-SAR Landmine Detection
110 million landmines are still in the ground. We find them from the air.
Land taken by war should be returned to the people who live on it — without anyone risking their life to do it.
Manual demining moves metre by metre, by hand, in the same ground that killed. It has taken decades. We think there is a faster way that costs no one their legs.
Technology
We mount synthetic aperture radar on autonomous UAVs and scan the ground from above. The system reads what lies beneath the surface across wide areas — before anyone sets foot on it.
Applications
Built for the hardest ground on earth — humanitarian, post-conflict, and security environments.
Post-conflict survey in Southeast Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Accelerating safe return of agricultural and civilian land.
Unexploded ordnance detection beyond anti-personnel mines — artillery shells, cluster munitions, and improvised devices.
Rapid subsurface anomaly screening along contested borders and critical infrastructure corridors for defense clients.
Operation
Four steps, from flight plan to clearance report.
Autonomous UAV flights cover the target zone, collecting radar data with precise GNSS positioning. Survey rate: ~50 ha/day.
Proprietary processing applies change detection and subsurface analysis to produce a prioritized map of suspect areas, minimizing false positives.
Flagged locations are passed to ground teams for targeted investigation — sharply reducing the area requiring manual inspection.
Full data package delivered in IMAS-compatible format for demining operators and NGOs.
